“A book is a dream that you hold in your hand.” — Neil Gaiman
Hey there Reader,
Today is the day.
And I have to tell you, this one feels special.
Today, October 6th, we are officially launching UNEDITED: Women’s Stories of Truth, Identity, and Transformation That Shape Leadership.
This book project is about the power of women telling the truth about who they are, what they have lived, what they have learned, and how those experiences shape the way they lead.
Because a book is never just a book.
It is a piece of someone’s experience.
It is a collection of lessons learned, moments lived, challenges overcome, wisdom gathered, and truth finally put into words.
And UNEDITED holds exactly that.
Stories of identity.
Stories of becoming.
Stories of transformation.
Stories that remind us that leadership is not only shaped by titles, strategies, or accomplishments. It is shaped by the truth of what we have lived and the courage to bring that truth forward.
That is what I love about this project.
It gives women a way to take what they have experienced and turn it into impact.
And I believe more women have stories like this than they realize.
Not because their lives have been perfect.
Not because they have all the answers.
Not because every part of their journey has been polished, easy, or linear.
But because they have lived something, learned something, built something, survived something, questioned something, or transformed through something that someone else may need to hear.
That is why UNEDITED matters to me.
It is about voice.
It is about visibility.
It is about courage.
It is about telling the truth without editing out the parts that made us who we are.
And yes, I know that can feel vulnerable.
Putting your words into the world asks something of you.
It asks you to believe that your experience has value.
It asks you to stop hiding behind perfection.
It asks you to trust that the story you are carrying may be connected to the hope, insight, or encouragement someone else is looking for.
So today, as we launch UNEDITED: Women’s Stories of Truth, Identity, and Transformation That Shape Leadership, I am feeling grateful, excited, and deeply aware of how powerful it is when women decide to use their voice.
Because stories create connection.
Stories create possibility.
Stories remind us that we are not alone.
And sometimes, the thing one woman is brave enough to say is exactly what another woman needs to hear.
If you care about women’s voices, leadership, truth-telling, identity, transformation, and the stories that shape who we become, I hope you’ll order a copy of Unedited today.
